Q: What is a proof?

A: A proof is a picture of what your graphic will look like before we go to print.  We will send you this in an e-mail and we ask that you return the e-mail with your approval prior to printing.

 

Q:  When is payment due?

A:  Payment is due via Pay Pal or money order when the proof is approved by the customer and before the graphics are printed. 

 
Q: Do we keep graphics in stock?

A: No, every thing we make is custom to your specific request.

Q: How long does it take to see a proof?

A: Depending on volume of orders a proof can take anywhere from 24 hours to a week.

Q: Can I use my own custom graphics or sponsor logos?

A: Yes, you can e-mail your custom graphics and we will include them in your design.  Any person requesting 3rd party logo placement on their graphics must get approval from the referenced company. It is not Motorsport Graphic Design responsibility to seek such approval.  Some types of artwork files are acceptable without modifying and there is a nominal placement fee for adding those files to your graphic kits - usually $45.00. Files must be submitted in VECTOR format WITH NO SPECIAL EFFECTS in:  Adobe Illustrator (version 10 or earlier).  If you need to send artwork files to Motorsport Graphic Design, LLC to be included in your graphics, they should be sent to info@motorsportgraphicdesgin.com.  We will review files submitted and will let you know ASAP if files are usable with our systems. Sorry, we cannot review files before an order is placed.

 

Q: Does Motorsport Graphic Design, LLC share the Information It Receives?

A:  We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.
